Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Fresh Pipelines (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit freshpipelines.com, contact us, or receive a business email from us. We keep it simple: we collect as little as we can, and we never sell your data.

1. Who we are

The data controller is Philipp Silvestre Cunsolo, operating as Fresh Pipelines, based in Florence, Italy.

For any privacy question or request, write to privacy@freshpipelines.com.

2. What we collect and why

Contact form

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, work email, the service you’re interested in, and your message. We use this only to reply to you and, if you ask, to discuss or provide our services.

Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Business outreach

We may contact professionals at B2B companies by email about our services. In that case we process business contact details (name, job title, company, work email) taken from public professional sources, such as company websites and professional profiles, or from B2B data providers.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in business-to-business marketing (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time by replying to our email or writing to the address above, and we will stop contacting you.

Website usage

Our site is hosted on WordPress.com. Like most websites, it records basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site secure, prevent spam and produce aggregated visit statistics.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure and working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for the site to work and for basic, aggregated statistics provided by WordPress.com. We do not use advertising cookies. Where consent is required, we ask for it through the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, under agreements that protect your data:

  • Automattic Inc. (WordPress.com and Jetpack): website hosting, the contact form, spam protection and statistics.
  • Microsoft (Microsoft 365): email.
  • The workspace and sales tools we use to organize business contacts and enquiries.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

5. International transfers

Some of these providers are based in, or store data in, the United States. When personal data leaves the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards provided by law, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep data

  • Contact form messages and related emails: up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless we start working together, in which case we keep them for as long as the law requires for business records.
  • Business outreach data: up to 12 months after our last contact, or until you object, whichever comes first.
  • Website technical data: according to WordPress.com’s retention settings.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy of it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, write to privacy@freshpipelines.com. We will reply within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the authority in the EU country where you live or work.

8. Links to other sites

Our site links to other services, such as LinkedIn. Their privacy policies apply when you use them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
